Unite Security are delighted to have been the principle M&E contractor on the Perth Racecourse Hotel project and it was an absolute delight to have worked with all the local contractors involved in this project.
Development of the 26-room Lodge and adjoining state-of-the-art stable complex, is part of an ongoing investment in Perth’s facilities aimed at creating new revenue streams for the popular independent racecourse, and further boosting Perth’s credentials as one of the jewels in the crown of Scottish horseracing.
